Created in 2022, Canter Advisors specializes in Financial Communication
and Investor Relations Consulting for listed and unlisted companies.

Its founding Chairman, Régine Gaggioli, has around twenty years of expertise with large groups in the fields of energy, retail, postal andbanking services and commercial real estate. She has been awarded the title of Best IR several times in the European Institutional Investor / Extel rankings. An HEC, London Business School and Columbia Business School graduate, Régine has collaborated on major M&A and IPO projects with well-known bankers and legal advisors in Paris, London and New York. She was involved with financial rating agencies on the rating of large public or listed French groups. Also specialized in crisis communications, she contributed to the articulation of response strategies to shareholder and short-term activism. After 20 years in investor relations positions (EDF, Casino, Le Groupe La Poste), it was within the british market intelligence group Investor Update that she began practicing consulting, with a strong CSR component. This approach led her to create Canter Advisors, which takes its name from high-level equestrian practices, in which self-control and respect for others, listening, reliability, technicality and precision are critical. These are the requirements that govern all of the services offered by Canter Advisors to its clients today.
